About the Redesign

This redesign should be better for all of us. Lots of new features, and wayyy easier for Cindy and I to keep it all organized and neat. Plus I hear the old site was wonky on Safari. And we had 2 different URL’s and our SEO buddy told us that would send us straight to the search engine penalty box.
If you link to us on your blog, could you change the link to http://artstudiosecrets.com/blog ? If you don’t yet link to us - could you please link to us? Starting over here means we just lost all our search engine rankings and have to start over. Better now than later, we hear. If you link to us, that will really help.

New to this design - you can comment on demonstrations! And comment on posts! And give star ratings to demos! Check out the demos page to see what’s up there. Turns out, we have quite a few.
Also new - there’s a search box. Wow, I really wanted that. The old one was lame.
Now, I want a pony. And new figure models. Either one.

I really like your new design! I use Safari almost all the time for browsing and this looks great. I had been
uncomfortable with your old site (although I enjoyed the content) because of the white type on black background.
This design is very much easier for my poor eyes to read. Keep up the great posts, I read your blog frequently.
I’ve always loved the content of your blog and welcome this new format. I agree totally that the white printing on the black background is very harsh and tiring on my eyes.
So you’ve now got a blog that is content rich, generously, abundantly helpful, AND easy to read.
The demos are like bon bon treats and it seems that whatever topic you cover on a particular day, it’s just the topic I was grappling with or thinking about.
